| In 1962 this wonderful
family home was commissioned by Frank Burcher, renowned Hamilton
architect. Unfortunately, it had not been updated to today's standards
and style. It boasted cherry panelling and built-ins throughout the main
floor, but it was a little too much, and very time-faded. The old-styled
linoleum, had separating seams and detracted from the amazing layout of
the house. Before the agents I work with took over the sale of this
property, it stood vacant for months with no interest. After some
updating, paint and staging, the house sold in 2 weeks.
